Frightening Fun in February
featuring the most horrific Coach in Football History

Ever been intimated by your coach?! Did he make you nervous and tremble? This February, meet the scariest most terrifying coach in football! Visitors can enjoy “Frightening Fun in February” as Hangman’s House of Horrors opens February 3-5, 2011, for a very special showing to honor Super Bowl XLV!

This year’s theme, “Happy Horror Days,” is Hangman’s haunted tribute to all your favorite holidays with over 200 live actors portraying everything from humanoid turkeys and gremlin-like elves to deeply disturbed, dejected Valentines and the most terrifying Football coach ever encountered. The haunted tour includes three separate attractions: Hangman’s House of Horrors, a classic walk-through haunted house, Swinery, a side attraction featuring hillbillies that will make you squeal, and 3-D Wonderland, where you enter through the rabbit hole and into a world of three-dimensional wonder.

Hangman’s is located at Interstate 30 and Forest Park Boulevard, one mile west of downtown Fort Worth and only fifteen minutes west of Cowboys Stadium. Tickets are available online at www.hangmans.com or at the ticket booth on site with a $20 general admission or a $30 “Fast Pass.” The attraction opens at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday nights, February 3-5. As long as guests are in line by 10 p.m. on Thursday or by 12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, they will be able to tour all of the attractions.

Hangman’s is featured annually on the Travel Channel’s “America’s Scariest Halloween Attractions.” The house was recently named as a “Best of Fort Worth” Tourist Attraction by the U.S. Commerce Association and high-lighted as one of the country’s “Halloween Hot Spots” by Family Circle magazine.

Hangman’s is especially proud of its reputation as a family-oriented “haunted funhouse” that specializes in disorienting, playful scares. Hangman’s has been ranked as the number one haunted attraction in the area by the Dallas Morning News and the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. “Hangman’s is legendary. There’s literally something waiting around each corner and behind every door. At least 100 characters bound out from all directions. The presentation is opulent!” said the reviewer from the Morning News. The Star-Telegram concurred, “Readers had no problem choosing Hangman’s House of Horrors as their favorite place to get the willies. Not only is it in support of a very worthy cause, but the imagination and obvious hard work that goes into it is way beyond the average haunted house.”

In 2011, Hangman’s celebrates its 23rd year as the top charity-benefiting haunted house in the WORLD! To date, the house has entertained over half a million patrons and donated over $1.7 million to local charities.
Net proceeds from Hangman’s House of Horrors benefit local charities, all of which are non-profit 501c-3 organizations. Hangman’s beneficiaries include the American Cancer Society, a Wish with Wings, Cenikor Foundation, Rocky Top Therapy Center and SafeHaven of Tarrant County. All funds remain in the area for local programs and services.
