I’ve seen this poster a bazillion times…
I always thought it was strange that Freddy’s knife glove didn’t look like this one in the poster. Anyway… I’ve also seen this poster a lot too…
Notice the similarities? The pallet is the same. The look of the characters are similar in structure. Look at the ‘Freddy’ face and Khan’s face. If you look at the art for Nightmare on Elm Street 2, it looks even more similar. It looks like the same artist. I never really thought about this until now.
I did a search to see if it was the same artist and it is INFACT not.
However…
They are Father and Son. Matthew and Bob Peak.
Nothing Earth shattering, just thought I’d share my discovery on it. Do a search on both artists and you will find that you have seen LOTS of their movie art work. Enjoy.
